Roles And Responsibilities

I. WHATSAPP RULES:

  • 1. All the Members shall be part ofthree official WhatsApp groups.
    • a. Business Group- is the official WhatsApp group where leads/ business exchanged or activities among members are posted and recorded. This group is the basis of per member achievement calculation. Any type of season/festival greetings with the member’s company logo can be deleted by the admin.
    • b. Info Group- is operated byBLC admins to circulate important news, information or achievements related to BLC.
    • c. Socials (Informal) - is an informal group for members to interact daily, send forwarded/ messages. Members can post season/festival greetings with their company logo in this group.
  • 2. No Suggestions / Complaints / Comments are encouraged to be posted in whatsapp group or discussed during meetings. It should be formally conveyed to the BLC action team in person or via email/whatsapp. Members are refrained from posting any materials which directly or indirectly shall be against the Ethics of BLC. Admins of the group can delete a particular member’s message that he/she has posted if it is irrelevant in any manner.
  • 3. Members can post messages in WhatsApp groups both (Business &Social) between 7amto 11 PMonly, and apart from this until it’s very urgent
  • 4. It is mandatory for each & every member to declare the business leads / reference / sales given / received or closed in the WhatsApp group & BLC’s APP. Members are requested to post / selfie in whatsapp business group of any activities among members or 1 to 1 meets to take record of it. These record lead to annual member achievement calculation. No posting of activities leads to assumption of a member as inactive, hence any complaints will not be entertained. Posting activities are mandatory for all members.
  • 5. Members can promote only their registered category and can post 2 pictures of their business or 1 video or 1 PDF file in a day in WhatsApp Business group.
  • 6. Same message in 2 groups (Business and Social) is not allowed.

II. GENERAL RULES:

A Member:

  • 1. Should always possess positive and healthy attitude in the group.
  • 2. Can be removed from the membership, if at any point he / she is found doing unethical tacticsor spreading rumours about the organization.
  • 3. Shall play active role in promoting other member’s business as and when required, shall give and pass quality referrals to group members.
  • 4. Shall restrain f r o m promoting non-member’s business in the group / organization. Members shall avoid asking for any favour for promoting other member business in any form. Members shall abide by the rules and regulations of blc and its core ethics.
  • 5. Promoting other business categories directly / indirectly, without registration, shall be deemed against the group rules and ethics.
  • 6. Is expected to bring quality referrals and guests who shall add value to the group.
  • 7. Shall judicially follow referrals passed by other members. They shall update the respective members, on the follow up done on referral’s passed, and should performtheir respective duties assigned to them on an honorary basis.
  • 8. Shall guide and support new members inducted in the group.
  • 9. Shall avoid forming and performing groups in any form which shall be detrimental to the interest ofthe group or the organization.
  • 10. Shall not indulge in activity monetary or non-monetary which shall be against ethics of the organization.
  • 11. Shall refrain themselves from any loose talks either against the organization or the group(s)or any member and also restrain himself from any act which would be against the ethics ofthe organization.
  • 12. Shall use the referral buddy program judiciously; it shall be more towards bringing quality members in the group.
  • 13. Shall avoid spamming to other members in any form.
  • 14. Should not use details of other members for illegal or other practices. Their data if used for particular reason to be done with his / her consent.
  • 15. Should participate in events organized by blc, which is compulsory. This would helpmembers to create a good networking and bonding amongst members of different groups.
  • 16. Should participate and support participating members in true spirit ofthe event.
  • 17. Shall not disclose any information relating to blc or the group to any other similar or alike platforms.
  • 18. Is requested to come forward and present themselves in any form which shall be beneficial either to blc or group which may be other than one’s business category
  • 19. Shall help in promoting blc in their business and social circle which shall help promote andgenerate member’s business.
  • 20. Can hold multiple categories & multiple groups bypaying membership fees for the same. It is only valid for gold/ corporate members.
  • 21. Should not discuss about any other networking organization in blc neither in meeting / socials / any events nor in whatsapp groups is allowed.
  • 22. Seating arrangements, in the meetings, will be scheduled by the action & support team members.
  • 23. Must focus on 3 major activities - 121, referral and guest invitation.
  • 24. Can be shifted by the blc management from his/her respective group to any other group as the situation prevails.
  • 25. Should not disturb during a meeting, either by discussing between members, attending calls or surfing in mobile.
  • 26. Who has a corporate membership can send any of their quality substitute unlimited times or can come themselves in the meetings.
  • 27. can attend the online lead bazar meeting which will be held as per announcement in the group. Members will get sufficient amount to speak as well as present their ideas via ppts, videos. To show their products or services.

III. ATTENDANCE POLICY:

  • 1. Attendance policy for Grand meeting will be strictly followed. All meetings & meeting charges are compulsory for members.
  • 2. If there is more than 2 absent in Grand Meeting in rolling 6 months (total 6 meeting will be held in 6 months), the concerned Member shall be issued a caution notice on 2nd absent. Membership shall be terminated and members will be removed from all WhatsApp group if he / she is absent for the third time in the said period.
  • 3. Arriving late in Grand Meeting i.e. Anyone entering in meeting after 10 minutes, of meeting start time, as scheduled by the President / BLC Management will be marked Absent. The said member will not be allowed to do their presentation, during the meeting.
  • 4. Attendance list will be shared after everymeeting in WhatsApp group.
  • 5. Members cannot leave the grand meeting early be it virtual or physical; otherwise, it will be counted as absent. Official announcement during meeting will be counted as end of meeting. If any member wants to leave early, they require permission from the management.
  • 6. Members are allowed a maximum of two absences within a six-month period. The calculation of this period will be divided into two cycles: April to September and October to March. The absences can include instances of personal absence/medical leave/outstation visit/emergency or when a substitute is present on their behalf. A formal leave application and documentation to be submitted to the Action team members or BLC management.
  • 7. Members have the option to send SUBSTITUTES to attend the meetings on their behalf. To avail this privilege, the members are requested to provide two substitute names to the BLC team at least 7 days prior. The members will have to send a photograph and AADHAR card to the BLC office along with the names and picture of substitute.

IV. REWARD POINTS – REFERRAL BUDDY PROGRAM:

  • 1. This RBP program will be valid for onlyGOLD/CORPORATE members.
  • 2. “REFERRED BY” name filled up by New Member in application form will be considered as thereferrer. Final decision will be taken by BLC management.
  • 3. Rewards/ coupons can be claimed in cash, meeting charges or renewal.
  • 4. Reward points cannot be adjusted against BLC Events.
  • 5. Member need to submit the coupon by 7th, (if they want to claim in cash) of any month to claim RBP points.
  • 6. BLC will clear the cash/transfer by 30th ofsame month against proper coupon submission.
  • 7. Reward points can be claimed only after the clearance ofthe payments.
  • 8. After the expiry of the membership of members/termination or 1 month before renewal period, thisRBP program will not be valid.
  • 9. Gold and corporate members will get Rs. 3000/- if they introduced a gold member, Rs. 1500/- for a silver member and Rs. 700/- for a bronze member.

V. RENEWAL:

  • 1. Member’s renewal will depend upon their contribution towardsthe BLC organization and their reviews.
  • 2. Member’s performance will be reviewed after every 365 days oftheir joining.
  • 3. Application will be reviewed by current Group’s Action Team in guidance with BLC Management.
  • 4. Changing of Group is allowed only after completing 2 Years for Individual Members & 1 Year for Corporate Members in one group.
  • 5. For Transfer to any group or category, Member will have to pay Rs 6000/- or as per the decision of the management. Changing of group will subject to availability in the desired group & decision by action team of thatgroup. Final decision will be taken by the BLC management.

VI. FEE STRUCTURE:

  • 1. Grand Meeting charges are mandatory & will be collected in advance on a three months’ basis (Irrespective of Attendance). It will be non- refundable in any circumstance.
  • 2. Grand meeting charges for any members Rs. 1000/- If any changes, will be declared on whatsapp group.
  • 3. If Grand Meeting charges are not given on time, then Late Fee of Rs. 200 per month and per meeting will be charged as penalty.
  • 4. Ifstill unpaid in that two months, their name may be posted as Defaulter in group.
  • 5. If still not paid within the notice period, BLC can terminate their membership without any prior notice.
  • 6. If members pay after their termination; they have to paypenalty of Rs. 5,000.
  • 7. BLC management will keep 2 (two) meeting’s charge as security and it will be adjusted at the time termination / leaving of their term by the last two meeting charges.
  • 8. Social Events charges are to be paid by members individually as notified.
  • 9. Members must have knowledge about the facilities & difference between Corporate / Gold / Silver& Bronze membership before sign up with BLC platform.

Note:- Monthly Grand Meeting has to be cleared before or on the 1st meeting of the month on quarterly Basis and its Sole Responsibility of the Individual member as a Business Owners. In case member fail to do so a Late Payment Fee of Rs-200/- will be applicable from next meeting and member will beallowed to attend the meeting only after clearance of Payment.

For Eg:

January, February & March - 1000 X 3 = 3000/-

Paid on or before 1st Meeting of January payment amount will be 3000/-

Paid after 1st meeting but on or before 2nd meeting payment amount will be 3200/-

Not paid on or before 2nd meeting you will not be allowed to attend the meeting until member pay Rs.3200/-

VII. NEW MEMBERS:

  • 1. To become a member of BLC, age should be between 21 to 65 years. After the age of 65, continuation of their membership will be decided by the BLC Management for each member.
  • 2. No group is allowed to have multiple members ofsame business.
  • 3. In case if there is any default in payment of Membership fees, the Management has full rights to terminate the Membership without anyprior notice. No refund shall be made in such default cases.
  • 4. Member hasto introduce 2 new members within 6 Months of their joining. It’s mandatory.

VIII. TRAINING:

  • 1. It is mandatory for the new Members to attend the KNOW YOUR CLUB (KYC) session before attending their first meeting.
  • 2. Members shall attend Training Programs organized by BLC or Group. Such training would enhance the productivity of oneself and help in development of personal skills.
  • 3. Members shall be liable to paythe training fees wherever applicable.

IX. DRESS CODE FOR MEETING:

  • 1. Membersshould attend the meeting in formals/smart casual.
  • 2. Members should reach the Meeting Venue 1 hour prior to the start of Meeting for socializing.
  • 3. Wearing of ID card and Badge is mandatory at the time of meetings.
  • 4. Members not wearing either id card or badge or both shall not be allowed to present himself in the meeting in any form.
  • 5. Temporary ID card will be issued at the time of meeting if members forget to bring their ID card @100/- (For that day only).
  • 6. Reissuance of ID & badge will cost @200/- each.

X. AWARDS AND RECOGNITION:

Award ceremony will be conducted on 1st OR 2nd Saturday of November every year or as per the announcement of that year. Nominations or Winners for Awards will be counted from October till September every year according to their performance.

Most Active Member.

X. DISCLAIMER:

  • 1. Any new rules & regulation, scheme can be implemented or withdrawn for betterment of BLC bythe Action team members or BLC Management without anyprior information.
  • 2. Any kind of misbehavior in any BLC Meeting / Events with fellow members may result in termination of membership.
  • 3. Members do not have any kind of profit sharing with the organization or with the members.
  • 4. Benefits of ReferralBuddy Program are given by BLC Management.
  • 5. For any kind of cash / business deal between the members, BLC will not be responsible.
  • 6. In case of any dispute, final decision will be made by the BLC management inconsideration with action team.
  • 7. If any member does not follow all the rules and regulations, then BLC can take strict action or can terminate their membership without anyprior notice.
  • 8. Members shall pay their renewal fees one month prior to completion on the tenure.
  • 9. Transfer to another group will cost Rs 6000. Membership can only be transfer to other group after completing 2 years in 1 group as perthe BLC management decision.
  • 10. Transfer to another category will cost Rs 6000. It can only be transfer to other category after completing 1 years in 1 group as per the BLC management decision.
