1. Business & Leisure Club (BLC) is a brand under M/s 'DIAL ME'.

2. Any new rules & regulations, scheme can be implemented or withdrawn for betterment of BLC.

3. Any kind of misbehaviour in any BLC Meeting / Events with fellow members or their family members may result in termination of BLC membership.

4. Members of BLC don't have any profit sharing in BLC & within members.

5. Benefits of Referral Buddy Programme are given by BLC.

6. The Members have to renew the application form every year even if their membership is being continued.

7. For any kind of cash / business deal between the members, BLC will not be responsible.

8. In case of any dispute, final decision will be made by the BLC Chairman/ M.D. in consideration with President & FM of the BLC group.

9. Members can promote their business only in the category they are registered in BLC.

10. No group is allowed to have multiple members in same category /business.

11.Member has to introduce minimum 2 new members, per annum.

12. It's mandatory for members to be part of BLC official WhatsApp group.

13. Members shall carry their BLC ID Card and Badge (it is mandatory).

14. Grand meeting of the group will be held once a month.

15. It is mandatory to attend the Grand meetings. If there are 3 absent for Grand meeting (in a year of membership), BLC can terminate membership.

16. Arriving late beyond the fixed time in Grand Meeting will be considered late, two late will be considered as one absent.

17. No substitute will be allowed in Grand Meeting (It is applicable only for Corporate Members).

18. Three months leave policy will be entertained only on Medical Ground or Outstation Shifting.

19. ‘Referred by' name will be considered as per the name filled up by New Member in application form and if any dispute arises, final decision will be made by the BLC management.

20. Reward points can be claimed only after completion of EACH ROW of Referrence Buddy Programme.

21. Rewards points can be claimed in cash or kind by the member.

22. Reward points cannot be adjusted against BLC Events or Meetings.

23. Referral Buddy Programme, reference benefit, is only available to the existing members.

24. Member’s renewal in a group will depend upon member’s contribution towards BLC.

25. Changing of Group is allowed only after completing “2 Years” for Individuals Members & “1 Year” for Corporate Members in each group at the time of renewal. Final decision will be taken by the BLC management in consideration with President & FM of the group.

26. Entry fees/ meeting charges / event charges and/or any kind of charges are chargeable for founder members / members, and guests.

27. Grand Meeting charges are mandatory & will be collected quarterly basis (Irrespective of Attendance) by the BLC.

28. All kind of service tax and/or any other taxes payable to the government shall be paid / deducted from membership fees.

29. Founder member / members position can be changed only by the management OF BLC.

30. Membership is not transferable.

31. BLC's main management has sole authority to terminate any founder member or member on any background.

32. All decision made by the management shall be finalised by the company owner/s.

33. Money paid by founder member / members shall not be refunded in any circumstances.

34. In case of any natural disaster / calamity, national emergency or any kind of extreme unfavourable conditions, BLC can change / modify / terminate any kind of meeting / events / rules / terms.

35. In official WhatsApp group any kind of obscene, political and/or derogatory messages to the constitution of India and/or constitution of BLC and/or it's founder member / members by any founder member / members shall be deemed to be suspension of his/ her membership from the said group. The said WhatsApp group is made solely for the purpose of business and/or events / meetings. It is made clear that the group admins shall have sole discretion to remove any founder member / members from the said WhatsApp group. And, the removal of such membership shall be deemed to be removal from BLC and no money can be claimed in future by the members, which all the founder members / members is agreed here with and as a token of acceptance signed here.

36. It is to be noted that in case of any dispute or difference between the party herein arising out of the meaning of or import of this agreement or their rights and liabilities hereunder shall be adjudicated by reference to the Arbitration of one sole Arbitrator, to be appointed by the DIAL ME at the commencement of the reference and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and conclusive on the subject as between the party and the clause shall be deemed to be submission within the meaning of ARBITRATION & CONCILIATION ACT, 1996 and its statutory modification or re-enactment thereof in force from time to time.

37. Management shall have sole discretion to add any other terms and/or conditions hereof, however will intimate the same in official WhatsApp group, to follow.

38.In case of failure of payment/ part payment in respect to the monthly EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) of membership charges will be considered as Non-payment of membership charges. Be it noted that BLC members has to pay full amount of membership charges in accordance with the Terms & Conditions agreed upon in the application form submitted by the members themselves. Therefore, in case of default of payment of membership charges by the BLC members, BLC management has full rights to terminate membership of such members without any further communication thereof.

39.Cheque bounce charges of Rs. 750/- per Instrument + GST (if applicable) shall be paid by the members if cheque will be dishonoured.
